Stem Cell Injections

What is stem cell therapy?

Stem cell therapy is a highly effective, minimally invasive option to treat a multitude of foot and ankle problems done right here in our office.

Where do the stem cells come from?

The stem cells are extracted from a donated amniotic placenta, and once injected, have the ability to repair and regenerate damaged cells and tissues.

Am I a good candidate for stem cell therapy?

Stem cell injections are recommended when conservative treatments including anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, and bracing have not improved your condition, and you have reached your limit of steroid injections for the treatment of your condition.  Conditions that might be treated with stem cells include:

  • Plantar fasciitis

  • Achilles tendon issues

  • Tibialis tendonitis

  • Peroneal tendonitis

  • Arthritis

  • Fractures

  • Nerve problems

  • Ankle sprains

Please visit the contact tab or call our office to learn more about this exciting treatment option.
