Patient Coordinator

We’re hiring a part-time Patient Coordinator to join our small, team-oriented office.

The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Wednesday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Professional attire or scrubs are required. Pay ranges from $20–$21/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, answering phones, processing payments, organizing patient documents, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. Experience with MacPractice is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
